Privacy Policy
Effective October 20, 2026
Data Funds ("we," "us") helps businesses explore licensing their operational data to third-party buyers, such as companies that build AI models. This policy explains what we collect through datafundsai.com and how we use it.
What we collect
When you fill out our form, we collect what you enter: your name, company, work email, phone number, company website, company size, industry, and any message you include, along with the time you submitted it and the page you submitted it from. We don't ask for or want sensitive personal information through the form.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, to understand whether your business may be a fit for a data buyer, and to follow up with you about it. We don't sell the contact information you give us.
When we share it
We share your company and contact details with a prospective data buyer only after we've discussed it with you and you've agreed. We also use service providers to run this site and store inquiries, such as our web host and Google Workspace tools, and they process the information only to provide those services. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Your business data
Submitting the form does not share any of your company's operational data with anyone. Any data licensing would happen only under a separate written agreement that you review and sign.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as it's useful for our relationship with you, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@datafundsai.com.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we collect, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn't directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
